Kuala Kurau is a major fishing village near the border of Penang. Just head south along the PLUS, exit at Jawi, head towards Parit Buntar and you’ll soon reach there (if you turn into the right junction lar) The last time I took a train at this station was when I was 12 years old. We moved from KL to Penang. My impression of the station has always been….scary. I never liked train. The station has a very heavy colonial influence.
