I have not cooked since high school. I have always wanted to cook and try new stuff. So living in a great hotel that has plenty of cooking apparatus gives me a good chance to practice cooking again. I have to give a lot of credit to the garlic, the Chinese cooking sauce, oyster sauce [...] A quick spring update…here’s some scenery around this place. It snowed yesterday and today….probably the last snow of the season. I was astonished to read this piece of news considering what I’ve been doing in the states.
